Description Sepia-toned photograph of several buildings and a team of horses, with a fence in the distance. Building on left is a board-and-batten frame structure with a simple gable roof and one brick chimney. In front of the building is a stack of lumber with a man in business clothing standing in front of it. In the distance, three men can be seen. Centre midground has a man with a small child sitting on a wagon frame which is harnessed to a team of horses. A large pile of cordwood rests next to the second building, which has a salt-box style roof and a very tall cylindrical chimney. Foreground area is very rocky. Reverse of photograph states "Longford Lumber Co. Engine House for the Log Travoy from Lake St. John to Lake Couchiching at Portage Bay."
