Description Black and white photograph of a street scene showing a landscape with curving street with a stone wall next to it. Stone buildings in the photogarph are mostly missing their roofs. On the right side of the road are a series of utility poles, and a two-string barbed-wire fence. On the reverse is written "Hubert Folage the village were our regiment held out over 2 weeks with some of the worst tank battles in history tank clashes all the time." The reverse is stamped "Filmbureau Niestadt / Fabritius'aan 89 Tel. 7875 / Hilversum."
