Summary An Ontario reader. The book contains many stories with pictures that someone has coloured in with crayon and pencil.
This book was among four readers found at yard sales at Price's Corners, Anglican Church, and St. Luke's.
Inside the front cover, written in pencil are the words: Lawrence G. Brook 185 Hollam St. Toronto. The same is written in blue ink on the first page in the book and inside the back cover. There are also many pencil markings (that have mostly been erased away) inside the front cover and the next few pages. There are more pencil and ink scribbles on the last pages inside the back cover.
