Postmarked November 19, 1956. Reads "Dear Jack, Thanks for your letter & 1 pc. ? We are all well except for a new disease we call "Harvie-itus"& that is trying to get the house finished. Its not completed by the 15th of Nov as his contract (he signed) goes & today we are hunting him again. Only one mason turned up & a carpenter has just left. Love from all, Mother."
